Tantric Spring

Let's stir up the well of our life-force energy that has become more stagnant and still throughout the Winter months. In this workshop you will be invited to gently move your body, engage your pelvic floor muscles, and use mindful breath and intentional touch to invite transformation, healing, and integrating into all of your intimate experiences.

What will be covered:
⋓ learn how to observe the elements and animate them through physical movement
⋓ how to ignite the element of fire within your pelvis to charge your libido
⋓ Tibetan Buddhist Tantra power-wind exercises that go beyond basic pelvic floor work and are the key to experiencing Tantra in your intimate experiences
⋓ a breathing exercise that allows you to ride the waves of pleasure and relaxation
⋓ how to use breath and touch in a self-pleasure practice that will that will increase awareness and intensity of sensation and arousal

Expanding Pleasure

What does it mean exactly to enhance our pleasure & expand our orgasmic capacity?

People typically respond to intense moments of pleasure by holding their breath and tensing their muscles. We contract our bodies in this way because the sheer volume of pleasure feels too overwhelming our bodies simply can't handle it

Just like we might recoil from a hot flame, we resist against this powerful force, but it's not the pleasure itself that's too much. We simply need to train our bodies to be able to contain this type of potent energy & sensation by incorporating breath, touch & relaxed awareness.

What will be covered:
⋓ the 4 forms of pleasure
⋓ why pleasure is medicine
⋓ a pleasure journal practice that invites your mind & body to become pleasure conscious
⋓ a breathing exercise that increases pleasurable sensation by activating the vagus nerve
⋓ a self-pleasure practice that increases the power & intensity of your orgasms

Weaving Connection

Being vulnerable doesn't come easy to most people, as we live within oppressive social systems that are hierarchal, at times forcing us to be dishonest so we can survive among the illusion of scarcity and competition.

So is it really any wonder why as adults we struggle to have healthy and harmonious relationships with ourselves and others when all we've known is hiding our true self from ourselves and others?

Does it really come as a shock that we lack a framework for boundaries and consent and a vocabulary for our feelings and needs when we were never given the tools or the ability to develop healthy communication skills?

What will be covered:
⋓ Understand & honor your personal boundaries
⋓ Establish boundaries with others with kindness & respect
⋓ How to be a compassionate listener
⋓ Why we manipulate & people-please
⋓ Observations vs judgements
⋓ Feelings vs thoughts
⋓ Needs vs strategies
⋓ Requests vs demands
⋓ Giving vs receiving
⋓ & more!
